Cancellation & Booking Policy
Bookings are subject to credit card prior approval. Your credit card must cover the total value of stay, which is withheld as deposit 15 days prior to arrival. In case you do not have a credit card for prior approval and confirmation of your booking, please contact us and we will facilitate you with our bank details, so that you can make a payment in advance.
In any other case, booking will not be considered valid.
Our booking policy may vary during festive seasons.
All cancellations regarding bookings are subject to the following policy:
For cancellations up to 14 days prior to booking date, you get a full refund of your payment in advance or deposit without any further fees.
For cancellations up to 7 days prior to booking date, you pay 50% of total booking value.
For cancellations made 7 days or less prior to booking date, you pay 100% of total booking value.
As regards to booking payments through travel agencies, these will be considered valid provided that the payment of total booking value is made via bank or credit card one day at the latest prior to booking date.
